もっちりした生地で求肥を包んだ、その名もAYUというお菓子が大好きです。

I remember I was once served with a Ayu fish shaped Japanese sweet at one of those ceremonies held in this season.
The sweet (gyu-hi) wrapped with a chewy texture is called AYU, and it is my favourite.
