私も高校時代に部活動で茶道をやっていたのですが、記憶が曖昧になってしまっています…
今の季節ですと、鮎の形をした和菓子が出された思い出があります。
もっちりした生地で求肥を包んだ、その名もAYUというお菓子が大好きです。

For current season, we used the Japanese sweet shaped a sweet fish in my memory.
I love the sweet named AYU it has Turkish delight covered sticky past.
