次のステップとして、このタームシートを先方に提示し、交渉を始めたいと思います。当初の予定ではAをDに添付する予定でしたが、Dの締結交渉を早く終わらせる必要があることから（交渉期限は今年末まで）、とりあえずこのタームシートを締結してＡの締結を後回しにしたいと思います。タームシートを締結すれば（Ａの締結がＤ締結より後になっても）当方に不利益は生じる可能性は低いものと考えていますが、そのような理解でよろしいでしょうか？
