amazonアメリカでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。キャンセル率が大幅に上がったことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くのキャンセルが出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて料金調整機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の希望価格より大幅に下回りアップロードされてしまっている商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。
上記問題を改善するために現在以下の管理体制を計画・実行しております。

Please accept our sincere apologies for your performance having drastically dropped at Amazon US. It is due to the increased cancellation rate.
The reason for the many cancellation this time is due to the major error found on the fee adjustment function on the system that is used to upload csv items. As a consequence, a few items were uploaded with the drastically lower price than the original retail price.
Currently we are working on the below recovery plan/implementation for the administration system.
