amazonアメリカでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。キャンセル率が大幅に上がったことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くのキャンセルが出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて料金調整機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の希望価格より大幅に下回りアップロードされてしまっている商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。
上記問題を改善するために現在以下の管理体制を計画・実行しております。

We think the reason for these cancellation is that there was some errors in the price control system upon the uploading of items on csv and it caused prices for some items to be uploaded as much lower prices than the originally desired prices.
We have planned and will conduct the following administrative strategies to eliminate the problem.
