amazonアメリカでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。キャンセル率が大幅に上がったことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くのキャンセルが出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて料金調整機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の希望価格より大幅に下回りアップロードされてしまっている商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。

上記問題を改善するために現在以下の管理体制を計画・実行しております。

We apologize for the rapid decrease of the performance on Amazon USA. We are very sorry the large increase of cancellation rate.
The reason for cancellations was that some errors occurred in the price adjustment function on the system upon uploading of the items on CSV which caused the the uploaded prices to be much lower than the original desired prices.

To fix this problem, we have planned and implemented the following management system.
