エラー２７ですが、リードエラーです。本体は調整済みですので、ゲームディスクのエラーが考えられます。
古いゲームですので、磁気エラー等により読み込み不良が出やすくなっており、全てのゲームが動作する訳ではありません。
その２つのゲームは他の本体での起動は確認出来ましたでしょうか？
調整は可能ですが、その２つのゲームが起動するようになっても他のゲームが起動しなくなる場合があります。
