エラー２７ですが、リードエラーです。本体は調整済みですので、ゲームディスクのエラーが考えられます。
古いゲームですので、磁気エラー等により読み込み不良が出やすくなっており、全てのゲームが動作する訳ではありません。
その２つのゲームは他の本体での起動は確認出来ましたでしょうか？

調整は可能ですが、その２つのゲームが起動するようになっても他のゲームが起動しなくなる場合があります。

The error 27 is the read error. As the main unit has already been adjsuted, the error might be caused by the game disk.
Because it is the old game disks, they are likely to generate the error including the read error and not all disks are functioning properly.
Have you confirmed the functionality of those two games using the other main unit?
