この図で見ても分かる通り「WAON」を基軸としたサービスとして昇華するつもりですね。
クーポンのために専用端末を配置するあたり、かなり大掛かりで本気度がうかがえます。
さらに新しい顧客体験として、専用アプリ「撮って!インフォ」(仮)がすごいです。
撮るだけで「最短2時間で自宅配送」って...スゴイですね。
しかも駐車場検索とかもできるそう。勿論クーポン配信も抜かりありません。

I heard AEON is going to start O2O for real, refining its communication environment at its store branches.
As you can see in this figure, I think its goal is to enhance its value-added services through WAON.
The way the dedicated such costly terminals being situated at each store for coupon issuance is convincing.
Furthermore, I couldn't leave my eyes off from the dedicated app called "Totte! Info" (title tentative).
Take a (screen)shot of an item you want, and "get it delivered within the next 2 hours at the earliest" simly amazed me.
With this tool you can also search the nearby parking lot, let alone the distribution of the coupon discount tickets.
