こんにちは。
MyUSのEnter Valuesから購入金額を入力することは出来るのですが、全ての入力が終わり続けるをクリックすると続けるの項目が消えてしまって入力完了になりません。
こちらからはどうしようも出来ないので、そちらから操作してもらえませんでしょうか?
また、Purchased Valueをこちらで入力しないで済む方法を教えて頂けませんか?
購入金額を販売者のほうで明記してもらえば良いのでしょうか?

I can enter the purchase price from MyUS Enter Values, but when I have completed input and click continue all values are voided and I can not complete the rest of the input.
I can not seem to be able to do anything from this end, can I ask you remedy this from your end?
Also, Could you tell me how to progress with the input of a Purchased Value from my side?
If I explain the purchased price to the seller. Is this OK?
