※届け先受取人は以上の氏名ですが、商品購入者の氏名は異なり、ZZZZZです。

I have sent the parcel to the address below via registered international mail by Japan Post. According to the USPS tracking information, the parcel is marked as “delivered”.

However, I have been told by the purchaser that the parcel has not yet been received.
May I please request verification from USPS of the recipient’s signature and proof of delivery?
