今回のFEDEX出荷分は中国税関にて運悪く正式通関となってしまいました。
本来であれば、発送先がHONG KONGでもZHUHAIでもFEDEXは簡易通関なので、このような事は起こりません。
掛かった費用については、当方にお知らせください。

Unfortunately, this time the shipment by FEDEX was cleared as a formal entry. In general, FEDEX shipments are cleared as simplified customs whether the shipping address is HONG KONG or ZHUHAI and won't cleared as formal customs.
Please let us know how much you have paid for the customs fee. I will report to my boss and talk what we can do about this.
