Also, North Korea you see from the observation tower is somewhere you don't get to go easily. So it's recommended to someone who's interested in visiting this place.

True, such tunnel was real. A tunnel for invasion dug at about 70 meters below ground make you feel the strain between the South and the North as familiar. The view of North Korea from the observatory is, it's not a place you can visit easily, much recommended for those with such interest.
