下記商品の初回特典として封入(帯裏印刷)されている各応募券を使用してご応募頂くライブイベントに関してまとめました。

【応募方法】
『ホラーライブ(仮)』 ※応募締め切り：2014年5月31日消印有効
下記「1」「2」 2パターンの応募方法があります。
1. シングル連動応募券A、B、C、計3枚をセットにしてハガキに貼付し応募。
2. サントラ応募券1枚をハガキに貼付し応募。
『スペシャルライブ(仮)』 ※応募締め切り：2014年6月16日消印有効
アルバム応募券1枚と、シングル連動応募券A、B、Cの内いずれか1枚の、計2枚をセットにしてハガキに貼付し応募。
[How to Apply]
"Horror Live (provisional)" *Deadline: Application cards should be postmarked on or before May 31, 2014.
There are two patterns of application "1" and "2".
1. Attach the single linkage entry tickets A, B, and C together on a postcard and then apply.
2. Attach a soundtrack entry ticket on a postcard and then apply.
"Special Live (provisional)" *Deadline: Application cards should be postmarked on or before June 16, 2014.
Attach two tickets -an album entry ticket and one of the single entry ticket A, B or C- on a postcard and then apply.

当選案内は当選ハガキの発送をもってかえさせて頂きます。
※抽選結果に関するお問い合わせにはお答えできませんので予めご了承ください。

・ご応募は日本国内に在中の方で、当選ハガキの送り先が日本国内の方に限らせて頂きます。

-The application is limited to those who live in Japan and the address of the winning card is in Japan.
・3歳以上のお子様をご同伴の場合は別途お子様の分の当選ハガキが必要です。
・紛失/盗難を含め、当選ハガキはいかなる場合 においても再発行は致しません。
・お１人様何口でもご応募いただけます。ただし複数口ご応募の場合は、複数口分のハガキをご用意いただき、ハガキ一枚につき一口分の応募券を貼付してご応募ください。
・応募期間外のご応募は一切受け付けられません。時間に余裕をもったご応募をお願いいたします。
-Children of or over three years old will need their winning cards, even if they are accompanied by adults.
-Winning card will not be reissured in any case, including the loss and theft.
-You can apply as many as possible. If you appliy more than one, however, you will need a postcard with tickets for one application per each.
-We will never receive the application out of the application period. Please apply well in advance.
・応募券をハガキに貼付する際は、郵送途中で剥がれないように応募券全体をセロハンテープ等で覆うように貼り付けてください。
・応募後の当選ハガキのお届け先の住所の変更は出来ません。
・万一イベント対象商品に不良品があった場合は良品と交換させて頂きます。払い戻しは一切行いませんので予めご了承ください。
・当選者への当選ハガキ郵送中の誤配送、遅配及び紛失等の事故については当社では責任を負いかねます。予めご了承ください。
-When you attach the application tickets, please cover them with a cellophane tape so that they would not come off during the mailing.
-You can not change the address of the winning card after your application.
-If the present for this event should be defective, it will be replaced with a good one. Please note that we will not do any refund.
-Please note that we can not take responsibility for the accident such as false delivery, late delivery of missing of the winning card during the mailing.

応募ハガキに虚偽又は不正の内容を記載すること
当選ハガキ及び当選の権利を譲渡、換金、転売（インターネットオークション等での出品を含む）、コピー、又は偽造すること。
-We can never answer to your questions about the lottery method and the lottery result.
