はい、その商品は、3つ共ビニールが剥がされている状態で届きました。
それ迄に送って頂いてた商品は、全く未開封のものでしたが、今回は最悪です。
ソフトウェアなので、私は、きちんとラップされているのが当たり前だと思っています。
その後にも注文を入れたのがあります。このような商品を送りつける
のであれば、必ず悪い評価を付けた上で、カスタマーに連絡します。
今回の3本の返送先住所を教えて下さい。
商品を見れば、明らかにおかしい事が分かると思います。

Yes, that item arrived with all three of the vinyl coverings having been removed.
Before all items had arrived completely unopened, so this was disappointing.
It is software, so I didn't think twice that it might not be completely wrapped.
I still have more orders for the future. If you are going to to be sending items in this condition then in addition to leaving bad ratings I will talk with the customer.
