StandでAを使用する場合の短いネジ。
StandでBとCを使用する場合の短いネジ。
各6本ずつくらい送って下さい。
AとBではCを装着する台座の厚みが異なりますので。
追加でDを4つ注文したいです。間に合いますか？
可能であれば今回のINVOICEに追加して欲しいです。
INVOICEは箱の上にビニール封筒で貼り付けてください。
この商品の入荷を待ちます。

Short screw for using A on stand.
Short screw for using B and C on stand.
Please send 6 pieces of each.
Thickness of stand to mount C varies for A and B.
I'd like to order additional 4 pieces of D. Can you make it?
If possible, please add on the invoice for this time.
Please attach invoice on top of the box in plastic envelope.
