あなたから購入したこの商品ですが、マシンから、ピンポン玉が飛び出す際に、勝手に角度が変わるという現象が発生しています。一体どうなっているのでしょうか？

This is about the item that I purchased from you. When a ping-pong ball comes out of the machine, the angle at which it does changes arbitrarily. What on earth can I do about this?
If you have gotten similar reports about this then please tell me the cause as well as the solution for it. If you want me to return it, well, it's such a big item that a shipping request would be really difficult to fulfill and so I would prefer to have a refund without needing to send it back. Thank you.

The product that I have bought from you changes it's angle when the ping-pong ball comes flying off from the machine. Can you explain what is going on?
If there is a similar incident that was reported, please let me know on the cause and the resolution. And if this would be a product return, then it will be complicated due to the huge product so I am hoping for a refund with the need to return it. Thank you and regards.
