This is about the item that I purchased from you. When a ping-pong ball comes out of the machine, the angle at which it does changes arbitrarily. What on earth can I do about this?
If you have gotten similar reports about this then please tell me the cause as well as the solution for it. If you want me to return it, well, it's such a big item that a shipping request would be really difficult to fulfill and so I would prefer to have a refund without needing to send it back.
