また、各注文ごとに毎回船荷証券を提出するということを了解しました。
では、以前に注文した商品に対しての船荷証券も提出したいと考えているのですが、
古い注文はどの期間までさかのぼって提出できますか？
今後船荷証券を提出する時は
注文をしてすぐに船荷証券をメールで送ればよいですか？

What's more I acknowledge that a BL will have to be submitted with each and every order.
Now then, I was thinking that I would like to submit the BLs for the products which I ordered previously. For old orders, how far back am I allowed to go with submissions.
Hereafter, when submitting a BL, would it be better to send the BL by email immediately after placing an order?
