日本語と英語の双方向の文章の翻訳を苦労なくできる個人秘書を探しています。

1日3時間～5時間程度を確保できる方が理想ですが、
時間あたりの報酬ではなく1ヶ月で500ドルをお支払いしたいと思います。
テスト雇用の際には1週間で100ドルをお支払いして、
適応を判断させていただけたらと思います。
業務の指示は基本的にメールで日本語で行いますが、返信は英語でも構いません。
スカイプ等で会話をする機会は少ないかと思いますが、
私の英語のトレーニングのために、週に1度～2度、Skypeで英語で打ち合わせをお願いします。
毎日決まった業務があるわけではありませんが、

I am now looking for a secretary who can translate Japanese to English and vice versa.
Skills requirements
Writing: English and Japanese
Reading: English and Japanese
Translation: Japanese to English, English to Japanese
Conversation: English
Preferred applicant is the one who can render three to five hours a day.
The compensation is not hourly but $500.00 a month.
During the probation period, I will pay $10.00/hour for evaluating the ability and fitness.
I am now looking for a secretary who can translate Japanese to English and vice versa.
