We will know that the temple has been very poplular since long time ago because we can see it in "Makura no soshi", "Genji monogatari" and "Sarashina nikki".
This is the approach to Hasedera temple.
Let's go further through a tunnel of pine trees.
We will see a historical building soon.
Is this the main building? No, no. This is just an entrance to the temple.
This is a corridor to the main building.
We will see "Noboriro" up this corridor
399 stars will guide us to the main building.
By climbing them slowly step by step, we will be more thankful of them.
