1993年、船越保孝が“Alice in Modern Time”というショップを神戸にオープン。パンク、フェティッシュ、ニューウェーブ、ゴシックといったジャンルの服をロンドンで買い付けて販売。芸能人の衣装協力などの活動も開始。1996年、大阪コレクションにデビュー。1997年、ショップを大阪に移転。本社は大阪市中央区西心斎橋。
