Parcelforceの追跡結果だと、本日のam 9:00にMedway Depotへ配達が完了したようです。
これ以上の追跡は出来ないようなので、次に使う配達会社Postage Supermarketの私の商品の追跡番号を教えて頂けますか？

According to Parcelforce's tracking system, the delivery of item to Medway Depot has been completed at 9:00 am today. It appears that this is the best we can get in terms of the tracking, would you please tell me the tracking number with Postage Supermarket, the delivery agent to be used for the shipment of my item?

If its the case your using Parcelforce's tracking service, it seems that it should have been delivered to the Medway Depot at 9am Japan time.
Because I haven't been able to track this, next time could you use the company Postage Supermarket to track with my tracking number.
