私は、1年以上も前から、◯◯を利用させて頂いていて、毎月の様に発送の依頼をかけています。発送量は、増加の一途を辿っています。今年からは、毎週の様に、発送依頼をかける予定です。
利用当初から15%ですが、25%の割引を行って頂きたいです。そうすれば今後もずっとあなたの会社を利用させて頂きます。私は積極的に依頼をかける事が出来るので、お互いにメリットがあると思います。

I have been using ◯◯ for more than a year since before and I request for this kind of shipping every month. The shipping quantity has been increasing continuously. And we are planning for a weekly shipping request starting this year.
We have been given 15% since the initial usage and we are hoping for this to be 25%. We will be utilizing your company from here onwards if that's the case. I am actively request for your services and I think this would benefit us both.

In the beginning when I first used the service, the discount was 15%. However, it would be ideal if the discount could be raised to 25% and if you are able to do so, I will continue to use your company. As I am able to make shipment requests on a continuous bases, I believe this will be a merit for the both of us.
