「#1111」で間違った商品が届いたのは4つです。現在返金されたのは2つ分（Refund Amount: $69.90）だけですが、
それはなぜですか？
なぜ4つ分が返金されていないのですか？
以前にもお話したように、私は「#1111」の商品と「#3333」の商品は転送会社を経由して日本で受け取っています。
もし、「#1111」の間違い商品4つと「#3333」の間違い商品4つを日本から発送した場合、高額な送料がかかります。
その送料は補償していただけますか？

Like I said when I spoke to you earlier, I received #1111 and #3333 in Japan through a forwarding service company.
If I were to send 4 of the wrong item #1111 and 4 of the wrong item #3333 from Japan then it will cost a huge amount for shipping.
Could you give me compensation to cover the shipping?

Four wrong orders with 「#1111」has been reached me. You have only refunded money in the amount of $69.60 for two of them.
