「#1111」で間違った商品が届いたのは4つです。現在返金されたのは2つ分（Refund Amount: $69.90）だけですが、
それはなぜですか？
なぜ4つ分が返金されていないのですか？
以前にもお話したように、私は「#1111」の商品と「#3333」の商品は転送会社を経由して日本で受け取っています。
もし、「#1111」の間違い商品4つと「#3333」の間違い商品4つを日本から発送した場合、高額な送料がかかります。
その送料は補償していただけますか？

If I send 4 wrong orders with 「#1111」and 4 wrong orders 「#3333」from Japan, the shipping costs will be expensive.
