Zebra cubic mini is a device that can confirm the shape (cross section, 3D) of an object without contact.
Because of the use of the phase shift method, high accuracy of μm level, recognition of 3D shape at high speed are possible and is available in the measurements such as 3D total inspection with high accuracy.

The Zebra Qubic Mini is the contactless equipment for measuring the shape object’s cross sectional area and 3-D shape.
The equipment employs the phase shift method to enable high accuracy measurement in um range and high speed 3-D shape recognition and which can be recommended for the 3-D total inspection while ensuring the high accuracy.
