位相シフト法を用いているため、μmレベルの高精度な測定が可能で、かつ高速に３次元形状を認識することが可能であり、精度の高い３次元全数検査などにご使用いただけます。

※1　弊社基準サンプルで100回測定の標準偏差(σ)値であり、対象ワーク、測定条件によって異なります。
※2　測定時間とは、検査開始から3次元データ作成までの時間です。
※3　測定時間＋(解析時間×検査エリア数)＝検査時間とします。

The Zebra Qubic Mini is the contactless equipment for measuring the shape object’s cross sectional area and 3-D shape.

The equipment employs the phase shift method to enable high accuracy measurement in um range and high speed 3-D shape recognition and which can be recommended for the 3-D total inspection while ensuring the high accuracy.

*1: Because the measurement is the standard distribution (σ) after measuring 100 time using company standard specimen, it may be different with using different specimen and under different measuring condition.
*2: The measuring time is the time elapsed from the starting of measurement until creating the 3-D data.
*3: Inspection time=Measuring Time + (Analyzing Time x Number of inspecting area)
