位相シフト法を用いているため、μmレベルの高精度な測定が可能で、かつ高速に３次元形状を認識することが可能であり、精度の高い３次元全数検査などにご使用いただけます。

※2 測定時間とは、検査開始から3次元データ作成までの時間です。

Zebra cubic mini is a device that can confirm the shape (cross section, 3D) of an object without contact.
Because of the use of the phase shift method, high accuracy of μm level, recognition of 3D shape at high speed are possible and is available in the measurements such as 3D total inspection with high accuracy.
※ 1 Standard deviation value (σ) of 100 times measurements is based on our reference sample. Therefore, the value depends on target work and measurement conditions.
※ 2 The measurement time is the time to create 3D data from the beginning of test.
