will take to get the item cleared the customs.
The period of waiting period at the curtoms will vary country to country and time totime however, possibility is that you have to wait for a long time.
It depends on the customs but usually takes up to 14-20 days.
I understand that you want to receive the item as soon as possible but I will ask you to wait a little more.

The items we shipped to your country from Japan will be delivered normally a couple of days. Although it might take longer depends on your country's customs inspection.
Sometimes the inspection takes longer than you expect and will takes more than 14 to 20 days.
