現在、商品代金と、ドイツから日本への送料については、返金処理されている。
購入時に私が先払いした関税等については現在未返金、御社は近日返金する。
また、私が商品返送時に支払ったＥＭＳ送料18,850円についても、
御社は近日、返金する、ということでよろしいですね？

I would like to confirm about ordering number ○○.
This is regarding to the product which has broken handle among two products.
The price of the product and shipping cost from Germany to Japan that I paid to you had been refunded as of today.
The custom duty that I paid ahead when I purchased the product has not been refunded, but you will refund me soon.
Also, you will refund me the EMS cost of 18850 yen that I paid to return the product.
Are these correct?

which had a broken handle.
Price for the item and delivery fee from Germany to Japan out of the amount I have paid had already refunded as of today.
Custom duties I had paied in advance when I purchased the item will also be refunded soon.
And, 18,850 JPY of EMS delivery fee I had paid when returning the item from Japan will soon be refunded as well.
Above is my understanding of the current refunfing situation. Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
