① Regarding that, I think it is fairly well done.
② If I cannot judge myself, I ask for opinions of more experienced people for a more proper judgment. I always attempt to make an objective judgment, not a subjective one.
（訳者注 ①の「それ」ですが、本当は’Regarding the...’として「それ」が指す物を明記できたらよいのですが、ここでは'that'とさせていただきました。）

1 I think this one is relatively well-produced （モノによってはwell-made）.
2 I seek advice from a more-experienced personnel for a appropriate decision, when I cannot make one. I constantly try to make objective judgements which are free from my subjective viewpoints.
