私はとても困っています。
それはこの保留されている注文に関してです。
決済したカードは発行して間もないカードで、そちらが希望する明細情報は、発行して間もないということもあり未だに明細書がない状態です。
よってＦＡＸで送ることが出来ません。
明細が届くまでに多くの日が経ちます。
お願いです。
私は確かにこの注文の購入意思があります。
この保留を解除していただけないでしょうか？
カード会社にはＦＡＸでの送信依頼を断られました。
他に手段があれば教えてください。
今後もそちらで買い物を楽しみたいです。

With that, I cannot send it by FAX.
A lot of days has passed for the arrival of the details.
Please, I definitely have intentions to purchase this order so can you remove the pending status?
