I would like to thank you for not only handling the situation immediately, but also giving us some feedback. I had been waiting for your response to our question on if there was a cheaper way of shipment. That is what it made us pay late. We hope that you understand that we did not mean to put off the payment. I apologize for my insufficient English skill and not being able to have a decent communication with you. We are looking forward to doing business again with you.

Thank you for your swift response and providing good feedback. Because I waited for your answer to my question for alternative cheaper shipping method, my payment was delayed. Please understand that I was not meant to get you to wait for my payment. I apology for miscommunication caused due to lack of my English. Thank you for your prompt response, not to mention great feedback given to me. Since I was waiting on your reply for my question about the less expensive shipment option, the payment had delayed. I hope you understand that I had no intention to delay the payment on purpose. I apologize for not making good communication with you due to inadequate of my English proficiency. I am looking forward to do some business with you in the future.
