先日納品しました○○の商品ですが、（A)の商品と（B)の商品をそれぞれ1000個ずつ納品したのですが、××の画面では（A)が1631個納品となっており、（B)の商品が1個も納品されていない状態のようです。
（A)の商品と（B)の商品は似ているので、２つの商品が同じものとして入荷処理をしている可能性はないでしょうか？
売れた（A)の商品が何点か返品されているようなので、（A)を注文したお客様に（B)の商品を発送している可能性があるかもしれません。
一度確認をお願い致します。

(A) and (B) are similar looking products, so is it possible they are being treated and shipped as the same product?
Many orders of (A) have been returned, so it is possible that customers who have ordered (A) are being sent product (B).

Regarding the product oo that you have delivered the other day, there were 1000 pcs delivered for each of Product (A) and Product (B) , however it seems that the xx screen is showing 1631 of (A) and 0 of (B) delivered.
Since Product (A) and Product (B) are similar, is there a possibility that the two products were treated as the same product in the inventory processing?
Since there were several product (A) being returned after these were sold, it might be because that product (B) was being delivered to the customers who ordered Product(A).
