先日納品しました○○の商品ですが、（A)の商品と（B)の商品をそれぞれ1000個ずつ納品したのですが、××の画面では（A)が1631個納品となっており、（B)の商品が1個も納品されていない状態のようです。
（A)の商品と（B)の商品は似ているので、２つの商品が同じものとして入荷処理をしている可能性はないでしょうか？
売れた（A)の商品が何点か返品されているようなので、（A)を注文したお客様に（B)の商品を発送している可能性があるかもしれません。
一度確認をお願い致します。
About the ○○ products received the other day, 1000 pieces of both (A) and (B) were ordered, but on XX screen it appears there are 1632 pieces of (A) received, and none at all of (B) received.
(A) and (B) are similar looking products, so is it possible they are being treated and shipped as the same product?
Many orders of (A) have been returned, so it is possible that customers who have ordered (A) are being sent product (B).
