これから制作をしますと10月末に商品が完成し、お客様へのお届けは11月上旬になりそうです。
お待ち頂けるのであれば、至急、商品制作の指示をメーカーに行います。
もし、お待ち頂くのが難しければ、商品代金を返金いたします。

There was actually a mistake in the inventory check of the hard case. At present, there is no stock of the hard case. In addition, there was not a single stock when we checked the wholesale store and even the manufacturer.
