実はハードケースの在庫確認にミスがありました。現在、ハードケースについては商品在庫を切らしており、確認したところ問屋にもメーカーにも1点も在庫がありません。

これから制作をしますと10月末に商品が完成し、お客様へのお届けは11月上旬になりそうです。

お待ち頂けるのであれば、至急、商品制作の指示をメーカーに行います。
もし、お待ち頂くのが難しければ、商品代金を返金いたします。
ご希望をご返信ください。

Hello,we would like to let you know about shipping of products.

Actually we made mistake about checking the stocks.
Now we don't have any stock of hardcase even in wholesale and maker company.

As we start making from now products will be made until end of October,and delivering will be in November.

If you can wait for that, we will order the maker company to make product.
If you can't ,we will give your money back.
Please tell us your choice.

Guitar strap will be delivered tomorrow.

maker company と言う必要はありません。maker もしくは manufacturer

deliver は家に届けることです。郵便やさんや宅配さんが持ってきてくれる時をいいます。

until end of October　→　until を使うなら、その前を否定形にして「10月末までは出来上がらない」という文にする必要があります。
