私の元へ届き次第、まずは写真を撮って送りますね。
その後、御社へ返送することも可能です。

Rugの両端の梱包を強化して下さい。
袋の端が破けて、Rug自体にダメージが及ぶことが何度もあります。

Thanks for sending the bolt set!
There is one bolt with a fault.
All the set of A's bolt will be given to the customer as a present.
There are multiple faults on the parts of A which caused inconvenience to the precious customer.
My customer will return all the parts with faults, so I'll take photos as soon as I receive them.
After that I can return them to your company as well.
This is a new order.
It'll help me if you dispatch it by Friday.
Please enhance packing of both ends on the Rug.
In many cases edge of the bag breaks and causes damage to the Rug.

Hence, should there be multiple product defects in the A parts, we would be causing a great deal of inconvenience to our valued customers.
As our customers are returning the parts which contain defects, we will first send you the photo once the items have arrived at our place.
Following that, we are able to return these items to your company.
We also have a new order from you.
It would be much appreciated if you could ship out the goods by the Friday of this week.
Lastly, kindly ensure that the packaging for the rug is strengthened on both ends.
