日本映像機材レンタル協会（JVRA）は７月26日、ホテルイースト21東京で「平成25年度業務担当責任者会議」を開催、全国の会員企業29社、65人が出席した。
開会に先立ち、大村一彦会長が「全国から業務担当者が集まるこの貴重な機会に、各社の業務内容や所有機材、注目の演出手法などの情報交換や、注目されるプロジェクションマッピングの講演やInfocomm2013視察ツアーの報告、メーカー会員の最新機器のデモンストレーションなど内容の濃い一日にして欲しい」と参加者にメッセージを送った。
