日本映像機材レンタル協会（JVRA）は７月26日、ホテルイースト21東京で「平成25年度業務担当責任者会議」を開催、全国の会員企業29社、65人が出席した。
開会に先立ち、大村一彦会長が「全国から業務担当者が集まるこの貴重な機会に、各社の業務内容や所有機材、注目の演出手法などの情報交換や、注目されるプロジェクションマッピングの講演やInfocomm2013視察ツアーの報告、メーカー会員の最新機器のデモンストレーションなど内容の濃い一日にして欲しい」と参加者にメッセージを送った。
The Japan Recreational Vehicle Association (JVRA) held the [2013 Business Representative Meeting] last July 26 at Hotel East, Tokyo. Twenty-nine member companies nationwide and 65 people attended the meeting. At the opening of the meeting, President Kazuhiko Oomura gave a message to the participants saying, "In this precious opportunity, representatives from businesses nationwide have gathered to exchange information about each of their companies, machineries and noticeable manufacturing techniques. We have also gathered here for the lecture about project mapping, the details on the Infocomm 2013 Inspection Tour and for the demonstration of the representatives from different makers on their new machineries and tools. With these things, I want to make the entire day a meaningful one."
