今回、顧客からの強い要望で、日常の使用を想定した検品を行ったところ、簡単に破損した次第です。
といっても無理な動作をしたわけではなく、通常の折りたたみ動作を十数回繰り返しただけです。
つまり、日常の使用に耐えることが出来ない品質ということです。
これでは商品として成立しませんので、返品します。
弊社としてはこの商品の取扱自体を再検討するつもりです。
