申し訳ありませんが、修理作業は、すでに始まっているとのことです。またPAYPALに以前問い合わせた際聞いたのですが、全額返金後、商品を返送の際の送料は当方の負担になるとのことです。大変高額な送料になることが予想されます。ですので、当方の希望は一部返金を希望します。150$のご返金でも大変助かります。修理代の差額は当方で負担しますので。是非一部ご返金にて手続きいただけますでしょうか？PAYPALにてご返金いただけますと幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。

We have been told that the repair has already started. This is something we have previously heard from PAYPAL, but we would be responsible for the shipment fee when returning the merchandise after the full refund has already been completed. We would expect that to be a significant cost. As such, we would prefer a partial refund. A refund of $150 would still be helpful. We will cover the difference in the cost of the repair.

I am sorry,but repairing has already started. When I inquired to Pay Pal before, I found that ywe are responsible for sending fee for returning the product after refunding all the money. We are sure that it will be a large amount, and thereby we want to return part of the money. We are very glad if we refund as much as 150 dollars. We are responsible for the difference of the reparing fee, and would you please make an arrangement to refund only a part? We are very happy if you refund by Pay Pal. We appreciatey your cooperation.
