I have recently received the merchandise.
While I was inspecting it, I have noticed that the second hand had been detached.
It turns out that it had come off as it was too long and had gotten stuck on the inside the casing of the watch.
I really love this watch. Or rather, I love all of the watches I have purchased from you.
For that reason I am not intending to return the merchandise for a refund. Would you please give me a partial refund so I can get the watch repaired?
I was told that it would cost $120 to get it repaired. I would appreciate your consideration in this matter.
