The term for spring-summer items is 30% prepayment of the charge price. In the exhibition, we negotiate with manufacturer that we want fall-winter items's first priority term as all amount payment after arrival of goods. However, manufacturer said they need money to buy the material so they want us to prepay 20% of charge price at the lowest. Customer want handle that brand so they also accept the term of prepayment. Rest 80% payment, please negotiate with manufacturer to 30days after arrival of goods.
