何故パンツのオーダーした製品は、全てが無くなってし まったのでしょうか？ 今回の様な事になるのは初めてですので驚いて います 。パンツのサンプルをプレスにかけて宣伝しております。 すでに雑誌に掲載されているので非常に残念で す。 従ってこちらのサンプルを返品したいです。また支払った金額を返金して下さい。

Why have all the pants we ordered lost? We are very shocked, as this kind of accident has never happened. Samples of the pants are on the advertisement through the press. Unfortunately the pants have already appeared in magazines. We would like to return the samples. Also please refund payment.

Why did all the pants I ordered disappear? I am so surprised because this is the first case since I started to order. I advertise the sample of pressed pants. I am very sorry that it has already on the magazine. This is why I would like to return the sample. I would also like you to pay me back.

Why the trousers we ordered turn to be unavailable? We are really surprised to hear that, because we've never faced such a problem. We have already advertised the samples of trousers though. Therefore, I want to return the samples to you. Also, could you make a refund, please?
