For the purpose of contacting the Japanese customs, could you attach the package invoice to the email or tell us the name of the international carrier and the tracking number?

I do not yet receive the item. Have you asked to the international courier?
Please send a copy of the shipping label by e-mail, or please let me know the name of the international courier and its tracking number, since I need either of them so that I can inquire to the customs.
