One of 41pcs I received on may 31 were delivered to another person by your mistake.
There is a record that you have got 41pcs.
My account manager said it would solve this problem. However, after one month, it has not solved yet.
I can't overlook it, since this is an expensive product.

The items I received on 13th May, I only received 40 of them out of 41, and you sent the rest of 1 to other client.
I have a record that you received 41 of them.
I have been told by my account manager that she would solve this problem, but nothing's happening over a month.
It is a quite expensive item and I can't just overlook the problem.
Can you please solve this problem somehow ?
