5月13日に私宛に届いた41個の商品のうち1個をそちらが間違えて他の方に振り分けてしまいました。
あなた方が41個を受け取った記録はあります。
私のアカウントマネージャーは、この問題を解決してくれると言っていますが、1ヵ月たっても解決してくれていません。
この商品は高額の商品です。
私は見過ごすわけにはいきません。
どうにかして解決してくれませんか。

The items I received on 13th May, I only received 40 of them out of 41, and you sent the rest of 1 to other client.
I have a record that you received 41 of them.
I have been told by my account manager that she would solve this problem, but nothing's happening over a month.
It is a quite expensive item and I can't just overlook the problem.
Can you please solve this problem somehow ?
