先日、私があなたから購入した○○ですが、また数人の私の顧客から故障したと連絡が入りました。
現在、私が把握できているだけでも30個中5個が不具合品です。
あまりにも故障する確率が高すぎます。
この商品は、本当に新品正規品ですか?
今後も不具合の発生が続く可能性が考えられますので、不具合品は後日まとめて返品したいと思っています。
誠実な対応をお願いします。
また、返金対応か交換対応かは改めて相談します。
同様に不具合を生じる商品を送ってもらっても、私の信用が下がるだけで困ります。
Concerning ○○ which I bought from you the other day, I received complaints from some of my customers saying that ○○ has a failure.

This failure rate is too high.
